Montana Branding Initiative 2007-08
In the summer of 2007, Travel Montana embarked on a brand discovery process. The purpose: to uncover the essence of Montana.

Montana Tourism & Recreation Charter
Montana’s Tourism Advisory Council drafted, reviewed and adopted a Montana Tourism and Recreation Charter in 2007 as part of their participation in the development of the Montana Tourism & Recreation Strategic Plan 2008-2012. Travel Leadership Summit Montana Travel Brief
Montana was among 25 states that participated in the second annual Travel Leadership Summit (TLS) in Washington D.C. September 26 and 27, 2007. This event provides an avenue for tourism leaders around the country to create a unified presence with our policymakers in order to help them better understand and appreciate the importance of the travel and tourism industry. The TLS Travel Brief gives a brief synopsis of the key issues discussed with Montanan delegates.
