Montana Scenic-Historic Byways Program Update (12-13-04):

Montana Scenic Historic Byway Program Rules Approved; Program Implementation in Hands of Montana Department of Transportation

The Montana Transportation Commission gave unanimous approval to the new rules for the Montana Scenic-Historic Byways Program. The new rules allow the Montana Department of Transportation to move forward with implementation of the program. The Notice of Adoption approved by the Commission at their December 20, 2004, meeting can be found here.
